Legal Terms & Scope Clauses:
1. SCOPE OF SERVICES:
MapScrapX Enterprise SEO agrees to provide Local Google Maps 3-Pack Optimization, Google Business Profile (GBP) audit, citation building, and automated lead intelligence reporting for the Client.
2. PAYMENT TERMS & RETAINER:
The Client agrees to pay the annual retainer amount specified in this agreement. Payments are due on a monthly/annual schedule as detailed in associated invoices.
3. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
Both parties agree to protect proprietary business data, lead database credentials, and strategic marketing techniques disclosed during the course of engagement.
4. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION:
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Services rendered up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced accordingly.
